Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen is coming to New York! The year is 2008! Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen is coming to New York! With an eye on opening our first store in America, we designed a symbol mark that would be easy for Americans to remember. "What would be something new that still retains a Japanese feel?" "That's it, what if Ippudo had a family crest?" This family crest logo mark was born from this inspiration. The mark design, which also includes the alphabetic name "IPPUDO NY," aims to easily spread the brand concept that "RAMEN" is a place where you can get delicious ramen.
